This one-of-a-kind ring features a hand cut teal Montana sapphire set in sterling silver. The sapphire measures approximately 8.5 mm across and has a deep blue-green color with natural internal texture, visible crystal character, and flashes of light that shift across the stone.

I cut the sapphire and designed the setting around this exact gem. The sterling silver frame follows the stone’s organic shape, with sculptural prongs, polished raised edges, and an open lattice band.

The band has a comfort-fit profile and measures approximately 3 mm wide, tapering to about 2 mm. The ring is a US size 7.

This piece has a cool, moody presence. The teal Montana sapphire gives the ring a watery glow, while the sterling silver lattice setting adds an ancient, organic feeling. It is a one-of-a-kind ring for someone who loves natural sapphires with visible character.
