Processing Time
All jewelry ships from Oregon.
Ready-made pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and value of the item.
All shipments include tracking, and a confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is on the way.
Packaging
Each piece is packaged securely in a protective jewelry box.
I take great care to ensure your item arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.
Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders are welcome.
Delivery times vary by country and typically take 1–4 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country unless paid in advance through checkout.
Shipping Delays
Unexpected delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside my control.
If you experience a delay, I’ll do everything I can to help, but I cannot guarantee transit times.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, I am unable to replace or refund items that are lost or stolen.
If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly and notify me so I can assist where possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.
