Refund policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, I do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

change of mind

ordering the wrong size
-
color differences due to screen settings
-
normal variations in gemstones or handmade work
Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering, and feel free to reach out with questions.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

your order number
-
a photo of the issue
-
a brief description
I will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom designs, personalized pieces, and made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
Please review all custom details carefully during the design process.
4. Repairs
If your jewelry needs repair outside of the initial 30-day craftsmanship guarantee, I’m happy to help.
Repairs may incur a reasonable fee depending on the nature of the damage.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package shows as “Delivered” by the carrier, I cannot replace or refund items that are lost or stolen.
If your tracking shows an issue, contact the carrier and notify me so I can assist where possible.
6. Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for a return under EU law, the item must meet all of the following:

It is unworn and unused

It is in the same condition in which it was received

All original packaging, boxes, pouches, and materials are included

You provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation

This 14-day cooling off period does not apply to:

Custom-made jewelry

Personalized pieces

Items created to your specifications

Any piece that has been sized, altered, or set with a customer-provided stone
