This one-of-a-kind sterling silver ring features a hand cut raspberry spinel with deep plum, wine red, and magenta tones. The stone shifts in the light, showing a bright pink-red glow through the center while staying darker and moodier around the edges.

I cut the spinel and designed the setting around its natural shape. The sterling silver setting has sculptural prongs, an organic lattice band, and polished raised edges that frame the stone without making it feel overly formal.

The band has an open, architectural pattern that gives the ring a relic-like quality. It feels ancient, organic, and slightly gothic, with the dark spinel bringing the drama.
