Hand Cut unheated Montana Blue Green Sapphire Ring in 14k White Gold, One of a Kind , Size 7.25

This one-of-a-kind ring is built around a unheated hand-cut Montana sapphire with shifting blue-green tones and visible internal structure.

The stone has a soft, atmospheric appearance that changes depending on lighting, moving between icy blue, teal, and muted green. Internal textures and natural inclusions remain visible throughout the gem, giving it a distinctly geological character rather than a polished commercial look.

I cut the sapphire and designed and finished the ring to support the shape of the stone while keeping the setting open enough for light to move through it. The silver setting and tapered openwork band give the piece a lighter, more sculptural feel despite the larger stone size.

This sapphire is not eye clean. Visible inclusions, color zoning, and internal structure are part of what makes the stone unique.
