This one-of-a-kind sterling silver ring was designed around a deeply included blue-green sapphire with an atmospheric, almost underwater glow. The stone has visible internal texture, color zoning, dark mineral inclusions, and flashes of teal-blue light that give it the feeling of a tiny natural landscape.

The setting is sculpted in sterling silver with an organic lattice band and an antiqued finish that darkens the recesses while leaving the raised edges polished. The result feels ancient, architectural, and natural at the same time.

I cut the stone, then designed and finished the setting specifically around its irregular shape. This is not a calibrated commercial gemstone in a standard mounting. It is a singular piece built around the character of this exact stone.
