This one-of-a-kind ring features a hand-cut Montana sapphire set in sterling silver.

I selected the rough sapphire, cut the stone, designed the setting, and completed the finishing work. The result is a ring built specifically around the individual character of this gemstone.

The sapphire displays a mix of deep teal blue and green tones that shift with changing light and viewing angle. Natural internal features within the stone create depth and movement while allowing flashes of vivid color to emerge throughout the gem.

The setting was designed around the sapphire's unique shape, with flowing prongs and an open lattice structure that allows light to move through the stone while maintaining a comfortable, balanced profile on the hand.
