This one of a kind pendant began as a natural Montana sapphire crystal that I hand cut to preserve its organic character while revealing the remarkable landscape hidden within.

Rather than cutting away the crystal's individuality, I developed my portal cut to follow the natural shape of the stone. The polished lens allows light into the sapphire while preserving the original crystal structure, creating depth, shifting reflections, and intricate internal textures that change as the pendant moves.

I designed and handcrafted the 14k white gold setting specifically for this sapphire using my BioMorphe design process. The flowing rim follows the varying height of the crystal, while the open architectural lattice beneath allows light to enter from every direction without overwhelming the stone itself.

Every piece is unique because every crystal guides the final design.
