Green Blue Montana Sapphire Pendant, Hand Cut Portal Gemstone, Sterling Silver

This pendant features a hand cut gemstone set in solid sterling silver. The stone was selected for its deep blue-green tone and natural internal character, with visible inclusions that give it depth and movement.

The cut combines raw, cabochon, and faceted surfaces into a single form. This “portal cut” style creates shifting reflections as the piece moves, revealing different layers within the stone depending on the light and viewing angle.

Measuring approximately 10 × 11 mm, the stone has a compact but noticeable presence.

The setting was designed specifically for this gemstone and built in sterling silver. Sculpted prongs hold the stone securely while an open structure allows light to pass through from multiple directions, bringing out variation within the material rather than flattening it.

This piece is not mass produced. The stone was cut individually and the setting was created to match its exact shape.
