This one-of-a-kind ring features a hand cut forest green Montana sapphire set in solid 14k yellow gold. The sapphire measures approximately 10 mm x 9 mm across and has a deep green color with natural textures, subtle flashes of light, and a moody woodland character.

I cut the sapphire and designed the setting around this exact stone. The gold setting follows the natural shape of the gem, with sculptural prongs, an organic lattice band, and polished raised edges that catch the light against the darker texture of the stone.

The band has a comfort-fit profile and measures approximately 3 mm wide, tapering to 2 mm. The ring is a US size 7.

This piece has a rich, ancient-relic feeling: bold enough to stand on its own, but still wearable as a daily statement ring. The green Montana sapphire and yellow gold combination gives it a warm, earthy presence that feels both natural and refined.
